We have over 16 company owned and operated offices and dozens of affiliate offices around the world. These offices translate and deal with multiple letters each day. It is not an easy task, and from time to time mistakes can and will happen. Also, whether a company office or an affiliate they all have guidelines and rules that they must follow when processing your letters. If you ever feel that there is a problem/issue with any of your letters, gifts, or phone calls, please notify us at once so that we can investigate the issue.

Our pledge to you is that we will either resolve the issue to your full satisfaction or refund the appropriate amount, either way we will work to satisfy you.

Please remember that the goal is for you to meet these women in person. We do not recommend writing letters for extended periods of time, if at all. If you do decide to write first try to time your trip so that you are not writing to the woman or women for a time period of more than two months or so. Women do not want pen pals, they want to meet real men that they can see and talk to in person, that should be the goal!
